These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 398pkr ("398pkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 398pkr website located at https://398pkr.org and all related services, products, software, and content made available through that domain. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 398pkr platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 398pkr platform.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the 398pkr platform through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 398pkr to a User under specific terms, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback awards.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 398pkr is obligated to conduct in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations.
• "Platform" means the 398pkr website, mobile interface, all associated software, game content, sportsbook, live casino, and any other service or product accessible via https://398pkr.org.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan, which is the sole currency in which 398pkr operates and processes transactions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling or use of the 398pkr Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

By registering and using 398pkr, you represent, warrant, and confirm that at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is strictly enforced through KYC verification processes.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You have full legal capacity and authority under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement with 398pkr.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any person employed by or affiliated with 398pkr or its service providers.
• You are not registered or prohibited under any self-exclusion programme operated by 398pkr or recognised by the applicable gaming regulator.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and not acting as an agent for a third party.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 398pkr products and services, you must create a registered Account. The following terms govern the registration and ongoing management of your Account:

• Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any change to your registered personal details must be communicated to 398pkr promptly via the support team.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 398pkr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. You must notify 398pkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to operate your Account — is strictly prohibited regardless of circumstances.
• 398pkr reserves the right to require full KYC verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including during withdrawal processing, bonus activation, or in response to suspicious activity flags.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the 398pkr Platform are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern the movement of funds into and out of your Account:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. Method availability may vary without advance notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Account tiers, though higher-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC review.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case the next eligible method on file will be used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on the Account.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. 398pkr accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or pending KYC documentation.
• 398pkr does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 398pkr is not responsible.
• 398pkr reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Account balance if KYC documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

398pkr offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which are supplemented by the specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are held separately within your Account. You may choose to play with real-money funds first in most game categories; however, Bonus Funds are typically used last and subject to their own wagering requirement schedule.
• Standard Wagering Requirements on 398pkr bonuses are clearly stated in the promotion terms (e.g., 30x, 40x). The requirement is applied to the total bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign bonus credits to another player under any circumstances.
• Each promotion specifies a validity period. Bonus Funds and associated free spins that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• 398pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary. Promotions already claimed in good faith by players will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claiming.
• Exploitation of bonus terms through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy deemed by 398pkr to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all 398pkr products including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and virtual games:

• All bets and wagers placed on 398pkr are final once confirmed. 398pkr does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after confirmation except in the limited circumstances set out in the product-specific rules applicable to that market or game.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error that interrupts a live game or bet in progress, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules or, where those do not apply, by 398pkr's internal resolution policy.
• In-play cricket and sports betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. 398pkr accepts no liability for bets not placed due to market suspension.
• Odds displayed on the 398pkr sportsbook are indicative until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds (e.g., a clearly incorrect price due to a data feed error), 398pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Account balance.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply across all product categories. Limits vary by market, game, and Account tier and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Winnings from bets and casino games are credited directly to the real-money portion of your Account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to KYC and withdrawal terms in Section 4.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 398pkr Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating more than one Account for yourself or any other person on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating across any 398pkr product.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence system, or mechanical device to place bets or access the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to support and not acted upon.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity through the 398pkr Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 398pkr staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 398pkr Platform, including but not limited to the 398pkr name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 398pkr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or underlying technology.
• Use any 398pkr trade marks, logos, or branding materials for any purpose not expressly authorised in writing.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or digital environment without written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 398pkr hereby excludes all liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform. Specifically:

• 398pkr does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.
• 398pkr is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 398pkr is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party game content supplied by independent game providers and made available through the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 398pkr does not guarantee any particular outcome from any bet, game, or promotional event.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 398pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the cause of action arose.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

398pkr collects, processes, stores, and shares your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices of 398pkr include:

• Collection of identity and contact information provided during registration and KYC for account management, legal compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Recording of all financial transactions for regulatory, anti-money-laundering, and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Use of session cookies and analytics tools to improve Platform performance and user experience.

11 Responsible Gaming

398pkr takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set from the Account settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure time-in-session alerts to remind them of how long they have been actively gaming.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be self-activated at any time from the Account settings panel without contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to 5 years or indefinitely) is available on request by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

398pkr strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Age verification is conducted at registration and at the withdrawal stage. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with licence obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

398pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The following process governs changes to these Terms:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice posted prominently on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to the registered Account email address.
• The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the revised Terms document. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any available real-money balance.
• Changes to bonus terms, product-specific rules, or promotional offers may be made without individual notification and will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 398pkr's international gaming licence is issued.

In the event of a dispute, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may request escalation to 398pkr's compliance department for a secondary review.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer your complaint to the applicable regulatory body associated with 398pkr's gaming licence. Details of the relevant regulatory body are available upon request from the support team.
